Makan project
Empty office building for rent, Riyadh
A vacant office building scanned so prospective tenants can inspect every floor online.
The challenge
Empty offices are hard to market. Photos of bare rooms look alike, and tenants want to know the size and layout of each floor before arranging a visit.
Our approach
We scanned the building floor by floor and produced a single 3D tour with a dollhouse view, floor plans and tags for the main areas.
What was delivered
- 3D tour of the full building
- Floor plans for each level
- Tags on key areas
- Link ready for listings and WhatsApp
