Minimum project
900 SAR, covering the scan and 3D tour up to 50 m².
Larger spaces
9 SAR for each m² above 50 m².
Hosting
Free for the first 3 months, then 99 SAR per month.
Multi-unit projects
Projects with several units, such as residential buildings and compounds, are priced per unit with a volume discount. The discount increases with the number of units.
Annual contracts
Clients with recurring work can commit to an annual contract with a pre-agreed visit schedule and a reduced rate that improves as volume grows.
Real estate developers
We offer developers dedicated pricing that covers show units, sales tours, construction progress records and handover documentation across the whole project.
Service area
We work across Riyadh with no travel fee. Projects in other cities are available on request, with travel and accommodation added to the quote.
Rush delivery
Adds 25% to the service subtotal and roughly halves processing time.
