Before you start

Measure anything in the space

The measuring tool is what impresses our clients most. Measure a wall, a doorway or a ceiling height from your screen, without visiting the site.

  1. Tap the ruler icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the start point, such as the end of a wall or the edge of a door.
  3. Tap the end point. The length appears in metres straight away. Add more measurements or delete them as you go.

On a phone, move the target onto the point and tap to place it. Measuring also works in the dollhouse and floor plan views.

How to explore the tour

Move around

Tap the white circles on the floor to walk to them, and drag to look around. On a computer you can also use the arrow keys.

Dollhouse view

Tap the dollhouse icon to see the whole building from outside. Drag to rotate, pinch or scroll to zoom, then tap any room to step inside.

Floor plan

Tap the floor plan icon to see the floor from above and understand the layout, then tap anywhere to jump there.

Change floors

In buildings with several floors, pick a floor from the floor selector in the toolbar.

Tags

Coloured dots inside the tour carry information. Tap one to open a description, price, link or video.

Guided tour

Press play at the bottom of the screen for an automatic walk through the key spots.

Any scan we do for your business can be linked to its location on Google Maps. Your listing changes from a few still photos into an interactive tour, so people searching for you can walk around the place as if they were standing in it, before they decide to visit.

Mobile handheld scanning for large spaces

We are adding mobile scanning, which builds the point cloud as we walk through the site instead of stopping at fixed stations. It opens up large projects and open sites that are hard to cover today with fixed-station scanning, and produces several outputs from a single walk.

Common questions

How long does a scan take on site?

Most offices, clinics and homes up to 300 m² take one to three hours. Larger buildings are scanned at about 1,500 m² per day.

How accurate are the measurements?

Our measurements are high-accuracy and suitable for design, fit-out and planning. If your project needs certified survey accuracy, we will advise on the right method before we start.

Do I need to prepare the space?

Switch on the lights, open internal doors and move anything you do not want to appear. We send a short checklist before the visit.

What happens after the free hosting period?

Hosting continues at 99 SAR per month. You can stop at any time, and you keep your floor plans and downloaded files.

Do you work outside Riyadh?

Yes, on request. We are based in Riyadh, where there is no travel fee. For other cities, travel and accommodation are added to your quote.

Who owns the scan data?

Your project files are yours to keep and use. We never publish your project without written permission, and you can ask us to delete the data at any time.

Can you work on sensitive sites?

Yes. We can arrange a non-disclosure agreement before the visit and limit access to the tour link to the people you choose.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices on this site are before VAT. The estimator shows the 15% VAT and the total.
