How we handle your project data
Scans record private and sometimes sensitive spaces, so we handle the data under clear rules.
What we collect
- Scan data of the site you ask us to capture: imagery, depth data and measurements.
- The contact details you send us through forms, WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
- Only to deliver your project and to communicate with you about it.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who can access it
- You, and anyone you share the tour link with.
- The Makan team working on your project.
- Our drafting partner, for BIM and CAD projects only, and only as far as the work requires.
Control of links
- A tour link can be disabled or replaced at any time on request.
- Tours of private homes stay on private links and are never published to Google Maps.
Publishing
- We never show a site or project on our website or in presentations without your written permission, which you can withdraw later.
Deletion and confidentiality
- You can ask us to delete your project data at any time, and we confirm deletion in writing.
- For sensitive sites, contact us to arrange a non-disclosure agreement before the visit.
