Service terms
A summary of the main terms of our services. Each written quote contains the full terms for that project.
Prices and VAT
- The minimum fee for any project is 900 SAR, covering the scan and 3D tour up to 50 m².
- All prices exclude 15% VAT, which is shown on the quote and invoice.
- The written quote is the final reference for price and scope.
Delivery
- We deliver the tour and files within 2–4 working days of the scan. Friday and Saturday are not counted.
- Rush delivery is available for an additional 25% of the service subtotal.
- Scan-to-BIM and CAD work is delivered through our drafting partner on a timeline set out in the quote.
Language
- Tours are prepared in Arabic and English, including labels and tags.
Hosting
- Tour hosting is free for the first 3 months after delivery, then 99 SAR per month.
- We can disable or replace a link whenever you ask, for example after a unit is sold or a project is handed over. Files you have downloaded remain yours.
Service area
- We work across Riyadh with no travel fee. Projects in other cities are available on request, with travel and accommodation added to the quote.
Google Maps publishing
- Google allows tours of commercial and service businesses only. Tours of private homes stay on a private link that you control.
Privacy and use of your project
- We never show a site or project on our website or in our presentations without your written permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Accuracy
- Our measurements are high-accuracy and suitable for design, fit-out and planning. If your work requires certified survey accuracy, we will advise on the right method before starting.
